TREA Special General Meeting 27 June 2023
A Special General Meeting of the Tasmanian Renewable Energy Alliance Inc. is to be held in the Chapel Room at New Sydney Hotel, 87 Bathurst Street, Hobart at 5pm on Tuesday 27 June 2023.
The following Special Resolutions will be moved:
- That the Tasmanian Renewable Energy Alliance Inc. be voluntarily dissolved.
- That Association funds be used to purchase a years membership in the Solar Energy Industries Association for all existing TREA members.
- That surplus funds of the Association, if any after payment of all liabilities, be transferred to the Solar Energy Industries Association (ABN 51 798 083 437) provided it meets the non-profit requirements of the TREA Rules and to a similar body as determined by the TREA committee if not.
